Thank you for your blog. I have included it on my blog’s blog roll. You have a lot of great things to say about leadership.
I am wondering if you are familiar with the website http://www.manager-tools.com. I have found that site and the accompanying podcasts to be very helpful.

I enjoyed your discussion of 5S, and some of the visual manifestations of this philosophy. Clearly, this element of the TQM philosophy of management is morphing rapidly into the service industries. Workers in a diverse set of environments are being challenged to maintain a neat and orderly workplace, paving the way for improvements in productivity and quality.
I thought that you might be interesting in my discussion of the continuous improvement philosophy of management at Toyota. Please check out this link, and let me know what you think.
Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definately be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. iso 9000
I’d like to be able to cite your March 12, 2009 blog titled “Stakeholders and Corporate Social Responsibility” in one of my MBA assignments using the proper APA format. Would you mind emailing me your name so that I can include that in my refernces?
