Ferhan Syed is a well rounded training & development professional. He possess a unique blend of experience that encompasses both technical as well as Human Resource Development.
On the realm of training and development, he is known for his extraordinary knowledge and engaging nature, with which he involves his audience during the training sessions.
He has been in training and development since last 16 years. His training activities began in 1992 when he joined Toyota’s Vehicles Assembling Plant in Karachi as Officer in its Technical Division.
In Toyota he delivered training as subject-matter-expert in the area of Total Quality Management. (Lean Production System, Customer Care, Statistical Quality Control, Kaizen, 5Ss, etc.).
His deep interest towards training and development activities soon involved him in Human Resources Development. It was this background that motivated him to earn a Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
He is also engaged with different institutes of higher education as a visiting faculty. He has trained over three thousand employees of various organizations operating in diverse sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing industry, and governmental organizations.
His areas of training include: Leadership, Customer Focus and Satisfaction, Organizational Communication, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Strategic Management, and Total Quality Management.
He is currently associated with Genesis Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. He has been appearing in talk shows on various TV channels as guest expert.

Dear Mr Syed. I am really moved to read about u, sir. I am ur student in TQM class. Just wanted to intimate u that, I tried my level best but couldnt find the chapters of TQM u taught us in PIMSAT. I will be thankful if u tell me how and where to find it on the blog, sir. Rgards
